Half a million coronavirus cases confirmed worldwide

Over half a million people worldwide have now been infected by the Corona Virus, as per the latest data. China has recorded the most number of cases (81,782) followed by Italy (80,539). US and Spain are the other two countries to have reported 50,000-plus cases. The global death toll has crossed 22,500, with Italy reporting the most number of deaths (8,165).
