A 23-year-old girl in Manipur, who recently returned from the UK, has tested positive for coronavirus. This is the first positive case reported from North-East India. Earlier, a 4-year-old girl from Assam was said to have tested positive but she turned out to be negative for coronavirus after a retest. The total number of cases in India has crossed 490.
